5. Pricing and Payment

Regarding pricing and payment:

• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• Prices may change without notice
• Payment must be completed at the time of purchase
• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery
• Transaction fees may apply to certain payment methods

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

All content on Rupanta.id, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rupanta.id or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rupanta.id shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, under Indonesian law. You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through our customer service department.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
